Ahh that’s so sick 🥰 thanks for sharing! It was a fun campaign to do as well, and I love hearing stories like that. Looks like it truly is her hoodie now 😅

Is a fun process, you can always do a budget workflow with small space and basic materials.

Riso printing uses stencils and limited inks. However you can vary intensity on each ink and it starts to scatter and spread. You can combine Colors with different intensities and create cool combinations. This allows you to explore it faster, then you use the TGTS brushes with that formula in PS

Maybe someone will get a good use out of it too. Works better in firefox. I had to disable the transition animation in chrome.

In this case I was referring to the ones that have the lines dropping down. They’re the elements being affected by gravity and going against the flow of the smoke instead of having everything floating in the air. How it makes more sense

Just received my hoodie Cristian. Great job! Love the design. However, my daughter also saw it and has now taken ownership of the hoodie. She also extends her thanks to you.

Thanks :) I think is UK based so that was the only thing to complain about atm. But it was a good way to start off.

The portal outline, since it carried from previous illustrations for the same series. Once I had that I broke the portal into three and started with the smoke, then each element

2/2 ... different combinations. Check out some videos and samples because ultimately it's a really cool way of printing. There are a lot of limits though to keep in mind.

Risograph? Is different, is imperfect, it's old, but vibrant and unique. There's imperfections copy to copy and the preparation is different. It uses stencil for each color and the colors available depend on your print store. You also use different intensities on each color and overlay them for ...

Will post about it when I go! Found one with only four colors and went to it, but online found another one with a better palette and more paper options. Overall feels like it will be a better experience as well. A colleague from Indonesia printed there too so I'm looking forward to trying it out :)

Of course! I believe that’s also part of the selling point too. Each one has its strengths and processes/preparations so the story behind it changes.
