if you want to ease yourself into a tactics genre I'd suggest trying hundred line, it's primarily a visual novel but it's got TRPG gameplay that's much, much easier than other tactics games

I understand that some people may feel like I've done a bait and switch, but I do still intend to make the game regularly available at steep discounts. If your financial situation makes it hard to afford full price, there will still be ways for you to play the game. Thank you for understanding.

It not only gives me a significant algorithm boost on Steam but it lets me run a lot of sales and key giveaway promotions that aren't available to free products just due to their nature.
And even though I have a day job, making Comet Angel hasn't been cost free, either. 3/

I don't want to restrict the availability of the game, so I'll be running it at a price of $9.99 CAD with a regular series of discounts. I still want everyone to be able to enjoy Comet Angel even if they're in a more difficult financial situation. But going paid offers so many visibility benefits 2/
