I post thoughts about video games. Sometimes opinions. Sometimes recommendations. You should play Titanfall 2.

No. All these dual-screen games have to ported from original source code to be competently playable on a single screen. This was the case for Wii U games, and will be the case for 3DS games. You ever play the DS Virtual Console games on Wii U on a single screen? If you didn't, it was ASS.

Only the game of the year.

Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 3 on PlayStation 2 taught me to make multiple save files for games with heavy choices. I do this with every complicated RPG, now! Provided they let me.

I truly miss this. I miss the dual screens of the Wii U, as well. Always having a map on another screen was always a huge convenience. Having quick, snappy touch screen controls alongside buttons was awesome. Now, you're lucky if a Switch game even supports touch in the menus.

The 360 version is backwards compatible on Xbox One/Series. Only enhancements are texture filtering, forced v-sync, and smoother performance. It almost looks like the PS3 version but runs better. Maybe if MGS3 remake does well, we'll see more Metal Gear ports. A Master Collection Vol. 2? Vol. 3?

I'm of the opinion Metal Gear Rising Re:vengeance is among the finest action games from the 7th generation, too, of course. It's a really tight and solid game, and while I hate the story as a Metal Gear fan, I do love the "Metal Gear-ness" like spirit (I guess?) of the game. And that soundtrack!

Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2 on PS3 and later on PS Vita, PC, Switch, PS4/5, Xbox One/Series is also good, but it's missing something to it. It has fewer enemies on screen (at times, fewer in the level), cuts but adds more levels, different enemies, etc. Still a fun game! I just prefer it on 360.

I strongly recommend Ninja Gaiden II, the Xbox 360 original. It's backward compatible on Xbox One and Series consoles, and it's one of my favorite action games. It feels a lot like those older NES/Famicom games, with tons of enemies on screen, lots of fun platforming, and colorful, varied levels!

- Hollow Knight: Silksong, which actually might happen this year? Maybe? If we pray really hard? - fuck it, I'll take the Metal Gear Solid 3 remake, even I'll hate that it exists every step of the way. - Beyond Good & Evil 2 (HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAhaa... yeah, that's never happening)

Stay far away from me when I'm running around with the 10-round mag and the gen laser in my SVU, because you're gonna get fucked real fast. ... where are the bolt-action rifles in the "marksman rifle" category? They added the K98 in Modern Warfare (2019), so where's a Mosin or SMLE in Black Ops 6?

I do just plainly hate the gun selection. Why are the SVD (the iconic Dragonov) and SVU (labeled "Tsarkov 7.62" in-game) in different categories? They're literally the same rifles with the parts rearranged. Why is the Grendel P30 (labeled "Stryder .22" in-game) here? Where are the 9x19mm pistols?

"From this year," because the Alone in the Dark series consists entirely of remakes of the first game.

Fuzion Xbox Testing already has a video on it! He moves fast. Seems to run decently well. youtu.be/Q4n0rSqWR-g?...

Bravo. Stellar game recommendation from my five-year-old niece. Fantastic pallette cleanser if anyone else skipped it and needs something to smile at for a few hours.

I first played Elden Ring on an Xbox One X, and honestly, the worst part of my experience was the Xbox One/Series controller, of which I still don't like. Didn't stop the game from being a masterpiece! I'll pick up the Shadow of the Erdtree edition on PS5, but I wish the expansion was on the disc.

I'll find all the Titanfall 2 fans, eventually.
