I now have low level tinnitus in just one ear because a kid played a quad drum for outside inside the lobby I was working in. So now one ear is a little more deaf than the other. Its been a new challenge this last year especially for band when using in-ear monitors

Im seeing a lot of “dont buy from red states” as a solution. There are a lot of small businesses (and leftist folks) that are stuck in red states. We need to target corporations most of all. The blame getting thrown is the easiest way to distract from a united working class.

I have been fighting my fawning response. The only way i can press through it is to be mad about stuff and force myself through. I wish I was better at balancing it and I wish I had a healthier method. Conflict stresses me out so much still.
