Of course, the notification e-mail's instructions on HOW to turn it off are opaque. You have to go to Settings > Payments (buried in a list of options) > Disputes (last tab on the page) > Manual Evidence Submission (doesn't SOUND like AI!) > Enable Auto-Submit (turn it OFF) Totally nonintuitive.
