If you capitulate this easily than there is no reason left to support the Democrats. Why donate to or vote for a party too afraid to go to bat for their constituents in a crisis? You are absolutely useless and I’m done with your party until you are gone.

That’s at UMass Amherst, I believe. The letter above only refers to UMass Medical in Worcester, specifically for the PhD program there.

Right. Just a quick political analysis of that— Rightwing billionaires wanted to push herd immunity, because lockdowns to stop COVID infection and death were hurting Trump politically in 2020. So they made a political decision to find an Ivy-level professor who was willing to push herd immunity.
