Aira provides on-demand, remote visual interpreting, and can be used for free by passengers calling for navigation on any C-TRAN service. We are proud to offer this resource and look forward to its impact on helping blind and low-vision community members access public transit in Clark County.

It would be impossible to define everything that disability encompasses on a single bus, but the message remains the same at its core—we all matter. Special thanks to the C-TRAN Citizens Advisory Committee for its input throughout the design process.

The Montgomery Bus Boycott that resulted from Parks’ arrest and lasted from 1955 to 1956 played a pivotal role in the civil rights movement. Now and always, we are inspired by the work of Parks and countless others who helped propel the movement forward.

-Wear something light-colored and reflective, or carry something reflective or clip it to a bag or mobility device.
-As your bus approaches, point a flashlight (or your phone's built-in flashlight) at the ground in a sweeping motion. Be sure to point the light down rather than at the bus!
