Actually use the rules of the game being played and do it transparently! Be transparent if rules were simplified/changed/left out - I mainly watch APs to see a specific GAME in action, not just a random improvised story in that setting. Edit out long silences, tech troubles, or distracting detours.

Useful chapter marks to get back into the story after a break. Show player names and character names (along with playbooks etc.) in overlay. Less clutter in overlays. No music when people speak. Equalized audio. Audio cues when visuals are important (dice result shown on screen etc.).
