I’m rereading #LotR for probably the 20th time or so. I don’t always hear Elijah Wood when I read Frodo’s dialogue. I don’t always hear Ian McKellan as Gandalf. I don’t even always hear the incomparable Christopher Lee as Saruman. But I ALWAYS hear Andy Serkis as Gollum. Always.
