a cop won’t go that far. he’ll put you in cuffs long before that. make him drag you away.

The ones engaging in violence were probably paid. A false flag operation.

She’s right. don’t resist, but don’t assist, either. If they grab you collapse into a heap. make them carry you.

Enlisted personnel swear an oath to protect and defend the constitution, but also to follow the orders of officers appointed over them. I have no idea how they could possibly not obey an unlawful order.

Democrats can’t come in leading with policy geekiness, either. Tell people how you’re going to makentheir lives better. no more shumercratic appeasement. strongly worded letters go unread by the tyrant who says F legal. stand up to tyranny.

It’s a disaster, but it’s also distraction.

Gaines was something like 85th best in the country and that’s why she didn’t make the olympics. the trans athlete she complains about finished 4th in the race, i believe. so without the trans athlete she might have finished 4th still not making it to the qualifier.

I’m really interested in how this plays out.

Not running a serious candidate against Ms. Collins shows a serious lack of spine. Not everyone has that lack of spine as exemplified by Governor Mills.

I thought I said that, but I must not have been clear. Trump’s reasons are contrived. JFK’s reasons were not.

as an enlisted person, part of the oath is to follow orders. I’m not sure how an enlisted person would deal with an unlawful order. An officer can resign teir commission when confronted with an unlawful order.

the protesters are being counter productive. Trump wants that reaction so that he can declare martial law.

JFK in 1963 did not get Gov. Wallace’s permission. I’m not saying I approve Trump’s actions because they are purely political and artificially concocted. JFK was protecting black students entering previously white only schools. But there is precedent

It was actually JFK in Sept. 1963

Let me preface this by saying I don’t support the national guard or marines being deployed. I also don’t support violent protests that included rock throwing, fires and assaults.
Deploying the National Guard is not wothout precedent as JFK did it in 1963 to enforce school integration in Alabama.

Didn’t JFK activate Alabama’s National Guard in 1963 when enforcing the civil rights act? I’m not saying it’s right, but there is precedent.

stop with protest votes for 3rd parties and not the main opposition. those are essentially votes for the dictator.

large numbers of peaceful protestors. no rock throwing, no weapons, no fires. peaceful resistance.

Trump is but a symptom of a larger issue. we must rid ourselves of the entire movement. It’s the sane unction as that of the civil war, the kkk, McCarthy, Goldwater, Nixon, Reagan, etc.
