Today I made another herbal vinegar with herbs from the #garden. 🌱 This one has sweet mint, lemon verbena, and lemon peel with Champagne vinegar. I think this would be good mixed with honey and drizzled over a summery fruit salad. I might try it with an arugula shrimp salad, too. #herbs #zone5b

I used to be ashamed to say I had survived #domesticviolence and #sexualabuse bc I didn’t want the same old awkward “omg I am so sorry” and rush to change the subject…. It’s time to bring it up in conversations and watch people squirm. The reality is that most women (hell, most people) CAN RELATE. 🖤
