I'm not even sure how rudimentary/old/ineffective a munition would have to be for a CVN to be able to actually dodge it by "banking".
I'm fairly certain the ship couldn't dodge me throwing a rock at it, let alone an RPG, missile, etc. It had to be some type of general quarters drill or exercise.
