Maybe it is something to do with my meds. I don’t know exactly when this started but I feel like it’s gotten worse since I went on Wellbutrin (AND then got my dosage doubled)

Is it normal to feel like this? Probably not. I’ve always had anxiety but it was never this persistent. Now it’s like every day I constantly feel like the brink of panic even when I’m just sitting still
