Talking about the issue is difficult and sometimes tiresome. With every conversation of structural bias, this kind of response comes up even if it is well-reasoned and intentioned. I didn’t like the Mayo hire and Vrabel will likely be a better HC. The deck is still stacked against non-white coaches.
