It's snowing AGAIN today. This has been such a dreary winter (in more ways than weather). Here's my Snow-in Summer (Cerastium tomentosum), which is the best way to have snow in the garden. It gets a bit weedy looking when it doesn't have flowers, but it does make a good ground cover.🌱

Just saw this guy coming up into the garden! Photos taken through glass. I know those antlers are sharp, had to take chicken wire off buck's antlers b4 & his antlers pushed into my chest as I worked on removing the wire (which I did, took a while, he was skittish but wanted help). #mammals ❤️🦌❤️

Made it to the Ecuadorian Amazon!! Took a nice little jungle romp in my friends yard after it stopped raining. We will be here for the next month collecting and cataloging fungal biodiversity.
