I started watching it last night but didn't get to finish.
I don't know if it was bc Paramount+ only allows the highest-quality video if you pay for the "with Showtime" subscription, but the CGI monkeys in the first gladiatorial battle are atrocious looking.

I'm still a little bitter that he ran up the budget on ST:Discovery before it even started filming and got fired/quit...the BTS turmoil before S1 took that show like 2 years to sort out.

Yup...Fuller might drive folks batty BTS and set more money on fire than Ledger's Joker, but you can't argue that S1 isn't great...and S2 definitely is not (I actually kinda liked S3).
