If you plan to do a lot of bossing outside of raids/instances, last recall is better since you can insta reset without having to grind construction and pick fremmy for pools. Bankers note is great everywhere, but won't necessarily bail you out of certain bosses if you don't know mechanics

I don't think this fixes the core problem of agility which is no one would do the skill except for diaries/shortcuts. Agility just needs more interactive/very passive methods to make people wanting to do the skill. The wyrm course is a good step in the right direction. I do like this idea though
