Just got out of a doctor's appointment. Down 70 lb from peak weight. Celebrating with a late breakfast that will put a couple back on.

Managed to avoid spoilers for the Jays game last night so I could watch the condensed game this morning, only to find that the "hide scores" option was off on the MLB app because I reinstalled it last week to get the radio to work right. At least it was a win.
