Just need to download the update from the AppStore.

A patch to fix this is available on iOS (1.6.18).
Unfortunately for on Android, we are still waiting for Google to approve the changes.

Because of this, it continued to grow and maintain a strong presence on the AppStore, bringing more and more players to the battlefields of TTT. I find myself very grateful and humbled by the shear amount of support the player base has giving the game since released.

The launch of TTT was a very unexpected one as I had no following, nor much content at all out on the internet to promote it. One simple Facebook post to my friends and family promoting my game must have been just enough of a spike on the AppStore to catch Apple's attention and feature the game.

I am very fortunate to have found @emedg.bsky.social over 4 years ago which kickstarted the process. His style of Pixel Art is truly astonishing, and he really brought the beauty to the otherwise grim period of World War One.

When I got my first PC in the early 2000s, I remember loving Flash games. They were very simple, and sometimes you could find ones that had more depth to them. This is what I based my approach with To The Trenches on; simple but can be as complex as you make it.

What started as a fun little passion project has become something I would have never imagined. To The Trenches took about 4 years to complete due to me working a full-time corporate job and becoming a father of two beautiful children.

It’s a powerful reminder of how much a supportive and engaged community can impact a project.
This year has been a transformative one for me as a developer. I’ve learned so much about game design, strategy, and what it takes to create something that resonates with players.
