how to reroll:
1. play the tutorial. after that claim the rewards in "gifts". they give you enough gems for 30 pulls
2. do 30 pulls in "premium unit assembly"
3. if you didn't get miorine (or any unit you're looking for), go to menu > return to title > menu > delete user data

you can get miorine from "premium unit assembly" but her rates are at 0.06%
if you want to get aerial + suletta and miorine now, you'll have to reroll specifically for miorine since you can get aerial guaranteed from the re-pull banner

you can get UR aerial and suletta either from "premium unit assembly" or the re-pull banner where a 10 pull is guaranteed 1 UR unit and you can re-pull for free as many times as you want until you get aerial
