When I say yesterday evening and today has been spiral and eventful spiritually and physically. I am going into detox mood and I am going to go hard on my meditation. Instead of just doing it in the morning, I’m going to do it 1 hour before bed and make sure I increase my water usage.

Puppy yoga, new trend, has so many red flag impacts on young pups. Overstimulation. Stress of new & crowded environments, being used for money or crowds is never a good sign. I've seen at least 1 post here on BS noting they're sometimes used to support puppy mill sales as well. Please.. think 1st 😔💔

Puppy yoga? Please. Its highly stressful, harmful & selfish to overwhelm puppies. What is wrong w people? Stop using animals to entertain yourself. Yoga is a solo practice, to respect. Further "pop up yoga classes are an effort to work around existing pet store ordinances for puppy mills" (excerpt)
