Jan 1, the minimum wage goes up in 23 states. This affects more than min wage workers. If you’re exempt, paid salary instead of hourly (ie not paid overtime) the minimum excempt wage rises too. In these states, if you’re near the cutoff check your first 2025 pay. Search your state + minimum exempt
