80% of the people I cycle/walk past in traffic are on their phones. On motorways & dual carriageways it’s probably 50/50. I got hit by a driver while cycling in Dublin recently and the only way he couldn’t have seen me was if he was looking at something else. The Gardaí haven’t even called me back.
