That being said, if you are Nintendo-only console user, there is a lot to be excited about.
Many of those ports are games you couldn't play the Switch.

I think the lack of excitement is partially because there was no early review units sent to press/influencers.
Because of that, there is not much to talk about prior to everyone getting the device in their hands.
The lack of launch titles outside of ports and Mario Kart doesn't help either.

We have no idea what "Ultra" settings are. It could be full path tracing for all we know.
There isn't enough detail here to tell us what is going on.
The RTX 4090 and the 7900XTX are quite far apart in RT performance.
I don't think it is fair to blame optimization yet. We need to see the game.
