60 to 80 is a lot! Oof And then dissertation. The comps was quite a bit of writing. But we have to do the work no matter.

I just finished two sets of the comp exams and so I am tired. But they require 25 pages plus bibliography. Is that the same for you?

Menopause/perimenopause causes it as well. I'm not sure about the science behind it; one would think that with decreasing estrogen it would be the opposite. But no. They get bigger. They really do.

But the good news is there are meds for it and definitely should be on them. I have a cardiologist because I have heart arrhythmia and I recently asked her about plant sterols and she said YES for lowering cholesterol.

Is she referring to White South Africans as "angels"? Trump signed an executive order for the resettlement of white South Africans who he claims are suffering from discrimination there.
