Any advice on how to handle the tricky situation of when you reasonably suspect pt might be selling his/her ART, without compromising the relationship? Always (very) viremic, reported 100% adherence, w/ perfect dispensation history, no interaction/absorption issues, & no RAMs on genotypes.

If pts are down to do it, I give them multiple vaccines at once. Today a pt received six shots in the appt! My thinking is that 1) we don’t know when/if their next contact with the HC system will happen, therefore will take the opportunity & vax 2) shortens time to complete series and protection

For those taking the ID Boards today: When in doubt, the correct answer is always syphilis!

It is terrible that the US has had so many cases of congenital syphilis. More testing, treatment, and equitable prevention needed!

Good luck everyone who is taking the Infectious Diseases Board examination tomorrow (myself included!) 🍀🤞

What is the BlueSky equivalent of a Tweetorial called? 🤔🧐

Maybe, just maybe, the real #MedTwitter was all the friends we made along the way. #MedSky

Hi everyone! 👋 I’m Danilo & I’m an ID attending at Montefiore. I just graduated from the MGH/BWH Fellowship in July & moved to NYC w/ my husband! My interests are diverse, but mostly HIV, general ID, STIs & med ed. Hope this becomes a great alternative to X and looking forward to connecting!

Hi everyone! 👋 My first post on 🦋! Glad so see so many ID colleagues here! 🔥
