life update for my followers: got to ride in an ambulance due to possible seizure. not a seizure, just terrible migraine with aura. waiting to set up with appointment neurologist. taking it easy, staying away from social media and bsky due to political stress making symptoms worse. much love <3

like not to be "what about me" about it but I have yet to see a single article mention that antipsychotics and mood stabilizers are ALSO life saving. everyone's scared FOR people with depression/ADHD, but when they do bother to acknowledge people with bipolar/schizophrenia, they're scared OF us

Word choice: fascism is not madness, insanity, mania, bipolar, psychotic or a sickness - the language that already stigmatizes mental illness should not be used to describe the hearts and minds of evil people.
