If this dude ODs, TSLA shares falls back to earth, and we all see how much everything was levered off of radically overvalued TSLA shares. How DoD doesn't see this as existential key person risk should be a top priority for the next AG/IG.

Not investigations - special tribunals for expedited trials and prosecutions. We have allowed to grow within our country a population who views themselves as entitled to openly assault and undermine our government. No system of government can host persistent insurrectionists without consequence.

I think the question is, why didn't major media outlets look at the law? Why didn't headlines read "Trump Tariffs; Likely Unlawful" or "Dubious Legal Ground for Trump Tariffs"? Why was the obvious illegality of the tariffs relegated to a footnote?

Surprise! Another individual who decided principles, standards and values are ultimately secondary to opportunistic self-promotion. And when shunned for that decision, he doubles-down and seeks shelter among like-minded self-promoters. Haven't we seen this MAGA origin story dozens of times?

Once again, Trump's only "talent" is destroying inherited value. Relentlessly debasing the office, undermining our national values and squandering our money. Putting the US on par with cheap, tacky Trump branded trinkets...because that's literally all he knows how to do.

This maladministration has proven that federal contracts can be capriciously granted and cancelled. The next Democratic WH should cancel all non-bid gifts that Musk is grabbing from corrupt Trump. He's a national security risk, and the recipient of political graft.

Which raises an important question - how on earth do any of his companies still have security clearances and government contracts? Musk just led an epidemic of security clearance breaches throughout the U.S. government. How does he still have a security clearance?
