Don't say DEI. Use the full words so when people say they're against it, they say exactly what they're against: diversity, equity, and inclusion. Speaking as a former Microsoft manager, a diverse team is stronger, more efficient, and makes a lot fewer dumb mistakes.

Currently reading a #monsterromance by an author I’ve read before and loved. The story is good but I’m shocked by how bad the writing is. It’s awkward, clunky, and poorly edited. Looking back, it looks like they’re writing in a different tense… and they suck at it. So sad. 😞
