Be careful what you wish for. If you wanted no more Ofsted, then arguing against 1 word judgements wasn’t the way. Proposals look like they’ll do nothing for accuracy or for leader’s stress levels. Only vague positive looks to be monitoring visits having sole focus on areas of perceived weakness.
