Too bad the NW Forest Plan was never implemented. It could have been a blueprint for conservation, but lawsuits prevented any meaningful landscape level adaptive management. Proof of concept was never tested.

Musks take home pay is under 150K. All his wealth is in stocks. Imagine, can’t tax stock gains until sold, but can use stock values to buy a $44 million company. Doesn’t this argue against no taxation on unrealized gains?
