Good thinking! This one is a bit big for park flying. I'll by flying it at the sanctioned airfield and throwing it in the opposite direction of the hanger on maiden :D It's going to be a "chuck it and hope for the best" situation 😂

Printing took about 2 days total, but only took an hour to slice and queue up prints. Big improvement over my first models that took weeks to print 😂

Oh man looks good. In a pinch, I threw some bacon on the grill with the burgers tonight. It was alright, but was awesome to have some fast bacon to go with the burgers. Getting a flat-top has been on my mind lately. Definitely my next patio purchase

Thanks! This is the Model T from Eclipson. I used tape hinges, using this tape. Sticks well to 3D printed parts

This one is pretty closely modeled after the Piper Cub

This one was designed by Eclipson. This is a pretty light model. I'll weigh it once it's together www.eclipson-airplanes.com/modelt

This was a hand-tosser 😀 So, no gear, which makes this one a lot more simple. This is the build build and flight vid youtube.com/shorts/CPXVR...

This is actually a reprint of a plane that I crashed last weekend and the wings were plenty strong enough even with some accidental ups and downs and high G’s lol

This one actually has a wing box built right into the wing with four layers of 3D printed material. So, there’s no actual need for any carbon fiber rods in the wing. It’ll be strong enough just with the internal structure.

Yeah definitely not. Reportedly some kind of injury jumping in the pool. Hope they are ok. I know the sound of those H145s, usually flying over at 800 ft, so when I heard it much lower, I knew something was up.

Flew great until the tail snapped due to airframe overload 😂 corkscrewed right into the ground 💥
