That first one might be a dialect thing. "As best I can" gets frequent use where I live. It also appears in both Oxford and Cambridge English dictionaries as an idiom

Tree Kingdoms is a fun little strategy game with absolutely adorable art. The game is challenging but understanding the rules is easy. The little sounds the creatures make are fabulous. I could survive but I could not score myself a victory. Maybe you can!

Aye, or find a lunatic who is so addicted to the act of shipping a game that they can't get enough of it.

Theres definitely loads of hassle involved. But if you know for a fact you'll be doing all that stuff every 6~9 months it becomes worth investing the time in developing a workflow around it

Hullo!
Our bite-sized minimal 4x strategy game Tree Kingdoms is in Next Fest.
Made by a tiny team in double quick time. We're making a 4x where you can actually finish a game in a single sitting!
Check out the demo here:

Having worked with a few Americans (and American teams for large companies) I can *assure* you that the UK does not have a monopoly on asshole managers. Or asshole co-workers. Or asshole c-suite execs

Firefox on mobile will track 'inactive' tabs that haven't been touched for more than X days (20 by default I think) and then close them.
I think this behaviour should be mandatory for all browsers

There was a brief, glorious moment when someone at a shitty company said "what if the future could be that cool?"
And then they made it require a shitty app to work
