My last therapy session with the best therapist I’ve ever had. My takeaway’s are: 1 - showing up as me made it really effective & being reminded to step out of my role as a therapist was often needed. 2 - boundaries are beautiful. 3 - safety is cultivated in connection. 4 - endings are always hard.
