Yeah, MGS4 felt more like a movie than a video game. I spent more time watching cutscenes than playing the game.

That's why they didn't show the whole city being blown piece by piece in RE3 Remake.
Because if we go with RE3 original, it would make no sense for the remains because the whole city was blown to smithereens.
