don't let Pam Bondi or Trump know about this.

I wouldn't describe that as expressionless. That's the expression of a man who is standing at the window outside of your house and is holding a bag and an axe.

or you could unilaterally support Ukraine and stop being a useless stooge for Russia. But yeah, doing nothing and blaming other people for your incompetence is also an option.

It's a little more complicated than that. A lot of the money that John got from the English in taxes was to fund Richard's stupid Crusade and then to pay his ransom when he was imprisoned in Italy. Richard wasn't as good as he's made out to be, nor John as bad. Eleanor of Aquitaine on the other hand

if you'd like a cure for personal accountability, remorse, guilt, Alex Jones can sell you some overpriced snake oil, I mean supplements for that.

Didn't Bibi do something very similar with Hamas for several years to weaken the PLO?

does cartoon movie have a bluesky page? The trailers I've seen so far are promising.

Trump's going to be very angry when he finds out he accidentally keeps putting anti-Semites in the federal government.

yes, our wives did let us leave the house with these ties. Next question. Yes, we are still married.

I would say that this is some plan to make everything more dangerous so they can justify being even more police state-y but I don't think this administration has the perspective for that. This just seems like more horrible decisions that hurt people for no reason. No law, no order, just garbage

reminds me some of Gerald Brom and RK Post's MtG cards. Lovely

I'm fairly certain those are both in non-fiction

how a library or bookstore organizes their collections is based on whether or not the people who work their believe that the things contained in their collection are true? What does originality have to do with the "realness" of a religion?

nope, I understand the cartoon.

I understand the point that the cartoon is making but the reason for putting the bible or any religious text in non-fiction has nothing to do with belief. How would you catelog the bible? Or the Koran? Or the I Ching? Who's the author? Would you put it under the title, like an insane person?

a lot of people are fond of making analogues in the business world to government. Which is sometimes apt, other times less so. Here's a comparison, if I had fewer no-call no-shows than DOGE has committed apparent flagrant crimes I would be on the business end of a pink slip. Law and order, amirite?

When Republicans spout off some nonsense about freedom point to sh#* like this. They don't care who like public education, they hate it and want it to not be a thing. It's not enough that their own kids are siloed, everyone has to suffer for the sake of conservative values.
comment in response to post
this is good but until we replace the conservative justices in SCOTUS, this is a fight that's just going keep happening because Roberts doesn't think disenfranchising voters is that big of a deal, certainly not enough for him to do anything about.

she's advising on how to fleece and/or kill new people FROM JAIL? And people are giving her and her partner money? Are rich people this stupid and/or evil that they think she's learned anything from all this and this won't be another massive fraud?

"Well who could have predicted this?" say people for whom cause and consequence are alien concepts aka the current administration.

you're either going to write something amazing and beautiful--possibly scientific--from this experience or some Lovecraftian horror.

Deep concerns, huh? That's pretty close to actually doing something, but you get a F for no effort. Keep at it.
