It is, even by the standard of the judge's record that made it. Seems completely off the wall batshit. The SC is complete nonsense and throws away 25+ years of legal precedent in human rights court cases and laws. Something very fishy happened here.

Whats for certain is that every single one of the judges has destroyed their professional reputations due to the SC ruling. It is so incoherently legally that it is embarrasing and honestly makes them all look like fcking idiots.

The media, politicians and GCs boiled the frog so well we've gone from 'just asking questions' to 'just asking to see your papers'.
