You’re putting words in my mouth now, which is another conservative troll move. I’m done feeding you.

It feels like you’re actively trying to ignore my words and playing ā€œbut whataboutā€ which is a dumb conservative troll move.

Would he still have ā€œaccessā€? Maybe! Will it be Legal for him to just buy it from anyone? NO! That’s the point.

I *know* that the Assault Weapons Ban would have made that gun illegal for that human to purchase, thus being a barrier to him killing or injuring over 90 people. If he wants to break the law, I can’t stop that, but if a law can disincentivize easily doing that damage it’s not a bad thing.

He followed the existing laws! Which allowed him to murder!!

He purchased the gun LEGALLY!!

Fun fact, the Las Vegas shooting couldn’t have happened with that assault weapons ban still in effect. Those 90+ people injured or killed would be alive.

You mean the assault weapons ban that reduced violent crimes committed with assault weapons while it was enacted from 1994-2004? How is reducing the exact violence they were wanting to reduce ā€œeffectively nothingā€ in your eyes?

Why are we talking about ā€œwhat if’sā€ at this point? What’s even happening here?

Conservatives are the ones who constantly spread the propaganda that ā€œthe Dems are coming for your guns!ā€ which fuels votes for conservatives through fear.

Thank you, that was what I was looking for!

You sound like a conservative clutching at guns.

Maybe I’m dumb, but that seems farcical. Like, he’s trying to explain how stupid the ruling is.

WHY DO YOU THINK I WANT ONE SO BAD, HOBBES?!
comment in response to post
It’s so funny to me that ā€œpeople give me money because they like meā€ is grifting to them. They can’t understand the concept of a human enjoying another. It’s foreign to them.

Who the hell is arguing for being unarmed? That’s a little silly.

You’re irrelevant and taking shots at a big account to make yourself feel good. Pathetic.

I wish I had better news šŸ˜… If the tubers are large, you may have discovered a new potato strain!
comment in response to post
Nightshade is a fucking nightmare. Because it’s similar to a potato, any tubers left can become a new plant. The only way I’ve been successful is digging up the area and sifting the dirt for tubers šŸ˜…

It *sounds* nice but in practice it’s just going to be used to round up homeless people.
