Some of you lead miserable little lives just intentionally being insufferable on the internet. Logging on daily to say the worst shit to strangers. Seek help because life is too short to hold onto so much hate and when you're on your deathbed you won't want to be alone. Trust me.

I wonder if it will fix me if I put my head in rice overnight

wild to see people cussing out 4chan for allowing anonymous hate when the last decade has proven that having to use your full legal name is zero deterrent to people posting the most heinous shit imaginable online

This about pretty much everything every day at this point 🫠

I see it. I have lived it. 83 years ago, the U.S. government turned upon a group of its own citizens and residents and sent them to internment camps without due process. I was there among them. American fascism is back. It is here. It is now.

DOGE is a criminal conspiracy to defraud the people of the United States

Let’s be clear. When the President defies the Supreme Court, it is the role of Congress to remove him from office. Full stop.

It's stomach-turning to find out this warning was out there almost 10 years ago. The "anesthetic function" of elections is spot on. People expect apocalyptic shifts to rock them out of complacency, which likely won't happen. They'll just keep saying "VOTE BLUE!!" Even Russia has "elections."

Undocumented immigrants paid an effective federal income tax rate of 5.27% in 2022. That means they paid a higher effective tax rate than 5 of the richest Americans…and a higher effective tax rate than 55 mega corporations. So let me ask you: who are the real freeloaders?

Someone once said NextDoor is the social network for dogs if they could type. It’s always “what’s that noise?” and “who’s that stranger?” which is exactly what I imagine my dogs would text other neighborhood dogs.

Telling me something won’t happen because it’s the law doesn’t really mean shit anymore lol plz

Early retirement and an enormous hunk of cheese would fix me

It is legally impossible to deport citizens. This is not deportation. Removing citizens to foreign prisons, knowing to a certainty that they will be subjected to treatment that violates the U.S. constitution, doesn’t deserve any label that connotes legal legitimacy.

1/4. On the White House’s theory, if they abduct you, get you on a helicopter, get to international waters, shoot you in the head, and drop your corpse into the ocean, that is legal, because it is the conduct of foreign affairs.

Makes me want to scream how so many people can't understand how narcissists function. You can't reason with them, expect them to reciprocate any benefit or graciousness extended to them, expect decency, or appeal to compassion. They lie and wreak self-centered chaos unless stopped.

Yeah it sure would be nice if the most hateful demographic in the US (evangelicals) had a sacred text in which god commands them "In everything, do to others what you would have them do to you." Oh wait

cryptocurrency in 2025 is insane to me because there are rugpulls every other day, more and more every year. you’d think people wouldn’t keep falling for it at a rate more than a baby falls for peek-a-boo

Once again sharing this info. Please share with your friends and loved ones in the National Guard or active duty military.

Criminals deserve due process because due process is literally how we determine whether someone is, *in fact*, a criminal

The next step for Trump is to send a US citizen convicted of something like child murder and rape to CECOT in El Salvador. It'll set the precedent to send citizens there while neutralizing outrage over it because of the heinous nature of their crimes. Then it'll any felony and then protestors.

If the U.S. government is going to take the position that, once removed from the United States, folks can’t be brought back, then it sure seems to me that federal courts should be reflexively and categorically barring *all* removals until they’re 100 percent certain that the removals are lawful.

important context about the concentration camps in el salvador:

“We can’t send him back because he’s a terrorist.” “How do you know he’s a terrorist?” “Because you sent him to us.”

if we can't riot about concentration camps what can we riot about

“The doctor came up to me after my cognitive exam with tears in his eyes and said ‘Mr. President, sir, we’ve never had a patient who identified every animal cracker before.’”

Guy who claims to be a master dealmaker can’t even strike a deal with one of his closest allies to secure the return of a man he mistakenly sent to prison?

we need to cure ourselves of the ridiculous notion that they "need an excuse," they do not, they will just do it, and they will invent whatever pretense they want to.

Not joking at all that "IT MAKES HIM LOOK WEAK" needs to be immediately pushed so hard by everyone It's about the only angle to get narcissists to change course

Your regular reminder that almost everything Trump is getting away with is not because of presidential strength, but because of congressional weakness and judicial deference. The constitutional tools are already there to fix this, but those who can fix it are refusing to do so.

Guantanamo has held 780 Muslim men and boys since its opening in 2002. Only SEVEN were convicted. Last December, Ridah Bin Saleh al-Yazidi was sent home after being held without charge for 22 years. There are still 15 men imprisoned there.
