Not something I normally bring up, but it's crossed my mind many times: a thought of a Famicom/NES rhythm game using the Namco 163 mapper for expansion audio, wherein the music would greatly benefit from, making up for the lower on-screen colors compared to enhanced NOACs.

Before, I mentioned something about NES-based clone consoles. Now I look into the NES homebrew scene and see a new JRPG type game using a custom mapper called the MXM-1 which pushes the NES far past its graphical and audio limitations, exceeding most enhanced NOACs like the VTxx chips.

Because I was bored, I decided to try my hand at a custom TNT. This custom TNT is called NTR, shortening of Nitro. 90s gamers may get the reference immediately. This TNT type explodes immediately upon ignition and can chain explosions much quicker than standard TNT. #Minecraft

Got the game in and played a lot of it in my spare time. You can tell I still need to get used to the controls and in general improve at the game. Most Easy and Normal songs are passable. Hard is a whole different story.

If there's one thing I miss from CRT computer monitors, it's the ability to use any resolution and still have a clear image across the board. If a monitor manufacturer makes a monitor that can integer scale resolutions with nearest neighbor, about as close to CRT sharp as you can get.
