And the Dem consultants who run those polls, and Dem pols who take those polls to heart, will believe that they are extremely Savvy and Realistic and Pragmatic for doing so. They will never even take note of the fact that there was a PR war and they lost, again, because they wouldn't fucking fight.

And when we discover, in a few weeks, that Dem silence/ambivalence has been trumped by the coordinated propaganda, and voters have indeed decided the protests are bad, Dems will say, "oh well, voters don't like protests, better not do that any more."
