3/4. If we accept the idea that moving a person from one place to another undoes rights and disempowers the judiciary, we are endorsing the basic Nazism practice that enabled the killing of millions.

Right- only 5 Dems. Still, that makes 60 ways to rank yr first 3, making it hard to tally results by hand. And still leaves it subject to the problem that having a low ranked candidate drop out can change the outcome.

Every RANKED voting method fails one or another desirable criteria =Arrow's Impossibility Theorem. EG, eliminating a low ranked candidate can change the winner. To avoid this, use Approval voting. www.investopedia.com/terms/a/arro...

That does mean exposing INDIVIDUAL BALLOTS- with 10 candidates the number of possible choices is 11 factorial= 39,916,800 And 990 ways to rank 3 candidates. W Approval voting, you just total the number of votes for each candidate (vote for all you APPROVE of) and most votes wins.

Sure, why not, when did "serious objections [about] ethics and conduct" ever lead to bad governance. smdh. Administrative and consensus procedures can correct for inexperience & policy diffs, but as we learn more every day, our systems are just not set up to stop a brazenly corrupt liar.

No one expects the Spanish Inquisition, right? Hard to believe that arrests of elected representatives and judges, coupled with troops in LA, combined with rhetoric about “liberating” California (etc) hasn’t shocked them in to recognizing an authoritarian coup.

Clyburn made a deal to anoint the "Senator from MasterCard" to squash Bernie Sanders. Biden did good stuff in office, but didn't want to rock the boat. It's killing ppl wo college, but Harris said, "Everything is fine, no changes needed." One reason she lost. tinyurl.com/NYT2020DeathsOfDespair
