Breyer: Ok, we'll recess. He says he'll try to get an order out today if he can. And that's a wrap. Thanks to all who followed along. If you appreciate our live coverage of court hearings like this one, I hope you'll consider donating to our non-profit newsroom: givebutter.com/journalism/a...

Judge: The president is of course limited to his authority. That's the difference between a constitutional govt and King George! It's not that the president says something and it becomes it. Otherwise they become something other than a constitutional officer.

Follow your words with /action/ by introducing articles of impeachment against Kristi Noem

The House impeached Alex Mayorkas for much, much less. It's time for Democrats in Congress to return the favor by making House Republicans' life a procedural nightmare until they agree to move forward with articles of impeachment against Kristi Noem

Tagging @zacheverson.com on this because, if verified, then it begs the question: where is the money for seat-fillers coming from? And what kind of crypto is being used, here?

I wholeheartedly agree

A frantic scene out here as a lone protester again planted herself in front of a van of agents leaving the building. FBI and ATF officers emerge. Multiple close calls but no one was hit.

As I've been saying, there's no strategy— just an unfiltered stream of bigoted narcissistic impulses

Threads/IG did (?does) something very similar. As of the last time I conducted a forensic analysis of Threads (several months ago), they shipped the iOS app with at least 2 models and leveraged CoreML to personalize feeds on-device. The challenge becomes cross-platform feed state synchronization

Not disagreeing at all, and sincerely hope that you're able to strike that balance between personalization, user agency over their own data, and empowering third-party devs in such a way that the user remains in control of their data

Spoiler: the more signals you capture the more personalized the algorithm can be. A more personal web experience necessarily means a more privacy-invasive approach. For better or worse, that's the trade-off.

Yikes. Do you have a GFCI breaker on that? If not, consider replacing the existing breaker with a GCFI version. They're way more expensive ($110-$200) but they can help protect your home from ground faults

I'd press him on the statutory authority used to justify rescission of Biden-era guidance /clarifying/ that providers are required to provide emergency abortions to protect the lives of pregnant women. The goal: get him to concede that rescission does not materially alter requirements under EMTALA
