I’d start by masking Voyager’s warp signature to mimic Krenim ships - you can’t target with temporal torpedoes what you can’t find (unless you look out a window). Then I’d have drones with Voyager’s signature spread across the Imperium. Finally, I’d launch a remote shuttle towards a Warship at warp!
