Look for a 60 Minutes article from tonight: DEI and a canceled U.S. Marine Band concert. CBS news did a fine job and gave a clear double middle finger to FOTUS while they were at it.

It seems obvious, to me at least, that the plan behind all this gutting of government agencies is to get them to fail, or at least stumble badly, in order to justify privatizing them. "Look how bad the government is at ___!" I try hard not to hate, but these people are making a that a real challenge

Question: why isn't there a finite budget for the POTUS (any, not just this one) is allowed to spend for recreational outings (e.g., golf, football games, etc.)? Why should we the taxpayers have to pick up what seems to be an unlimited tab?
