Hi Phil. Adil Aouchiche has produced some canny cameos as sub recently, he keeps possession and has a good footballing brain late in the game when we need a cool head. He can pick a pass too so I'd be disappointed if we moved him on in January - do you agree? #onthewhistle

It's a lovely walk along the river there and up through those woods. I also recommend a walk along the River Wear Trail through Kepier Wood too. No views of the city, but it takes you along the river to the spectacular Belmont Railway Viaduct. Postcode for its car park is DH1 1LL 😊

Scott Weiland released an album called 'The Most Wonderful Time of the Year', a compilation of Christmas songs. The title track is a classic, but so are the rest of the songs on the album 😊
