全世界的股市的确都存在估值过高的问题，根本原因还是市场上钱太多，没地方去。科技类公司投资的前例又让太多人发了财，这种示范效应很难改变现有的投融资模式。
土地的价值没有问题，可无论是各国政府还是人民都需要农产品价格的稳定，这就让土地失去了估值的空间，不可能产生暴利的产业也就不会有大资金进入，除非别有居心。
