I've got an album coming to streaming on Friday called RUINED CASTLE. It's not exactly holiday music – it's a lush, glitchy, piano-led slow burn journey down a tunnel of bleak and then toward the light at the end of it. But in the dark time many of us find ourselves in, it feels right to put out.

I think I needed to get RUINED CASTLE out because it feels like a dark album for a dark time. It's personal and comes from a specific context, but I think there's something in its dissonance and bleakness that is fitting.
