It was my mistake to think the bragging was random bragging Trump would make in his inaugural address.
It makes more sense it is bragging related to the demise of the 3 prior dictators.
Putin is doing badly. If Putin falls, Trump will surely take credit. Assad, Lukashenko make 3.

Thank you for your thoughtful consideration.
You don't have to believe in advance about the three dictators falling before Trump's inauguration, because it's going to happen specifically as fulfillment of a 2570 year old prophecy taring and feathering Trump as the Antichrist.
