Abortion, "Trump is bad", maga cultural damage, Russia.. These things dont seem to be motivating Dems to the polls. Many Dem voters also want lower taxes, less goverment regulation and less wasteful spending. Dems will continue to struggle for wins until they fully understand this.

This was a huge failure of Biden and Dems. It almost felt like a bait and switch. Rich folks got to take advatage of the criedts and import panels but in two whole years Biden didnt get the rebate program going, then he put large tarriffs on import panels/parts.
