What would i as a property owner need in order to sell my property, and could these keys or cryptographic keys be lost or forgotten? If so, how could they be recovered, and how could they be recovered in a way that doesn't invite fraud.

These are just the inadvertent errors about you. Someone could write a maliciously false bio about you, and idk how the AI tools could discern a unique bit of data about you that isn't contradicted by other bios and yet is dreadfully wrong.

as an American, i am most impressed by the low prices. American owners sell crappy food for much higher prices.

why would the Qataris give away $400M w/out getting anything in return? do they commonly do that? surely it's not a coincidence the recipient is Trump, is it?

The "plagiarized" passages are about stuff that is trivial narrative description and not important ideas. It's a sign of laziness and sloppiness, so even if it's not disqualifying for an academic work it's indicative of his work product.

Correct, but it will recede into the background. When we first got our microwave in the 70s, we would actually sit around and watch it cook stuff.

Interesting episode but the sidekicks' commentary is annoying and doesn't add anything

i used to wear Performance Bicycle stuff. they used to have brick and mortar stores, now just online. One of the few cheap cycling brands left. Prob not adorable tho. That said, i don't think you need anything special as a noob.

idk how you call violation by Westbrook here if Harden and Zubac also in line. rulebook also says players "may not extend themselves over their lane spaces in front of an opponent" which is also violated on every single FT.

there's lane violations on every single FT, right?

Don't all owners support GOP pols? If they give money to Dems it's only bc the Dems are entrenched in power and the billionaires can't expect to use their money to replace them w/ Republicans.

actually i think that rents will come down bc incomes and wealth will drop, and fewer affluent immigrants (esp students) will come here. rents still won't be more affordable tho.

Americans are good at finance, law, software. Should we teach our kids how to work in sweatshops making t-shirts, or should we have them write code while buying their t-shirts from Bangladesh?

The example i remember is that if I am a surgeon, I pay someone $100 to mow my lawn even tho I can mow it just as well myself for free, bc it doesn't make sense to spend time mowing given the opportunity cost of loss income from doing more surgery.
